Kim Sander, Director Allied Health Services, Metro North Mental Health – Alcohol and Drug Service
John Kelly, Allied Health Manager, Metro North Mental Health – Alcohol and Drug Service

Learn what has been done to achieve positive outcomes including increased appointment attendance, increased treatment retention rates and increased client satisfaction.
