Seminars are held each Wednesday morning starting at 10:00am AEST (Queensland time) in the Edwards Miller Training Room, 4th floor, Biala. The program for Semester 2 – 2017 commences on Wednesday 23rd August. There are 12 seminars each semester and each presentation lasts for one hour.
Please note: There are no seminars held during the September school holidays.

Understanding the Effects of Preloading with Alcohol in Queensland

Preloading with alcohol before entering entertainment districts is a growing trend potentially fraught with harmful consequences and risk taking behaviours. Police and academics worked together in this research retrieving information from over 3000 subjects. Join in hearing the interesting outcomes and conclusions from this research.
